"I tried moving my class to another week..."
I tried moving my class to another week, and honestly... the available options were really limited?? Support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but it still felt like I had to fit into their calendar instead of them having much flexibility. For an online training, I was expecting more choices!!! Especially evenings or weekends. The course itself might be totally fine, but getting the schedule to work was a hassle for me...

"Certification didn’t really lead anywhere"
I finished the course and got the certificate, but it didn’t make much of a difference for my career. I went in expecting a bit more support with job hunting or at least some guidance on next steps, but that part felt minimal. After paying, it kind of felt like I was left to figure things out on my own.

"The instructor was really good and explained..."
The instructor was really good and explained things in a way that was easy to follow. I liked that they broke down the main points clearly, especially during the examples. The only thing is that the class moved a bit fast in a few spots, so I had to focus hard to keep up. Overall, still a good experience.

"Felt sorta outdated"
I was really hoping this course would line up more with what I actually need for work, but a lot of it felt sorta old and not very useful. Some of the topics were basic, and the examples didn’t really feel like stuff you’d run into in real situations. For the price, I expected the material to be more current. I left feeling like I could’ve found a lot of the same information online.

"Easy to Follow From Start to Finish"
I took this class recently, and from the first session, the trainer made everything really easy to understand. As the class went on, I felt like each topic was explained clearly and at a good pace. By the end, I felt much more confident with the material

"Support got back to me surprisingly fast"
I had a small login issue right before a class and I really thought I was going to be stuck waiting around forever. You know how these things usually go, so I was already kind of bracing for... yeah.
But support replied quickly and walked me through it in a really normal, no-stress way. It was fixed before the session even started, which made a big difference. Just nice when an actual person answers and helps without turning it into a whole thing.
